We offer a variety of community yoga classes—from invigorating heated sessions to soothing non-heated flows—all led by experienced instructors. Our unique approach incorporates elements of Pilates, Barre, and calisthenics, ensuring a dynamic and well-rounded practice.


Led by our founder, Caitlin—a certified E500 RYT, YACEP, and CPT instructor—our classes bring a blend of strength, mindfulness, and creativity to the mat. Caitlin’s love for movement and innovative approach keeps our classes fresh, exciting, and accessible to all levels.


THE CHILL ROOM


Beyond yoga, we invite you to explore The Chill Room, home to our ReGen Total Wellness OG cold plunge. This state-of-the-art cold therapy experience is designed to complement your practice, offering benefits such as enhanced recovery, reduced inflammation, and improved mental clarity.
