Imagine waking up to the sound of the Atlantic, and walking out for your morning yoga to see them passing by (swoon) but it doesn’t stop there…
After your morning yoga, you’ll be pampered with brunch by our own private chef, Amanda Callahan! She will be joining us to nourish our bodies and create healthy balanced meals to refuel in between yoga sessions. She is very experienced in dealing with dietary allergies, so don’t let that deter you. We’ll enjoy one meal out on the town, but otherwise, Chef Amanda will be cooking up extravagant meals so you can truly retreat on this experience.
Leave the devices behind and unwind, because our girl Sarah can capture all the magic as our own retreat photographer.
What’s included? Retreat leader Caitlin Chupek – E500 RYT YACEP of The Flow Room will lead yoga sessions twice daily. We will have deep sessions heart work, as well as some breath work. All meals provided by our private Chef Amanda Moon Callahan, access to all professional photos taken throughout the retreat by photographer and branding specialist Sarah Yarbrough.
